Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

You will need

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • One 8 ounce package of cream cheese, all softened

How to prepare

First preheat the oven to 175° C (350° F) and put grease on a 9-inch square baking pan. Now combine sugar egg and cheese in a medium-sized mixing bowl and beat until it forms a smooth mixture. Stir a cup of chocolate chips in this cream cheese mixture and set it aside. Boil water in a saucepan and after turning the heat off, put one heatproof mixing bowl on the water. Combine butter with rest of the chocolate chips in mixing bowl and stir until it melts and blends together. Next, stir in the rest of the sugar and two eggs and combine it with flour, salt and baking powder. Stir into chocolate as long as it gets evenly blended. Pour some of the batter into baking pan and spread cream cheese combo over chocolate layer. Now top it with the rest of the chocolate mixture. Use a knife to swirl top of the chocolate layer into cream cheese and create a marble pattern. Bake it in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes at 175° C as long as the top gets crinkled and the edges slowly pull away from sides of the cooking pan. Cool it thoroughly and cut it into several square pieces. Store them in the refrigerator to freeze.
